This hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the Southern Buh riverbank, with the yachting club nearby.

Up the hill, On the other side of the Pushkinskya roundabout is the famous long-promenade Soviet-Street with it numerous shops and restaurants. Further along Lenina Ave. is the CityCeter shopping and leisure complex.
The Mykolaiv Naval Astronomic Observatory is only 12 minutes walk away, another attraction is the Museum of Shipbuilding and Fleet. The famous City ZOO is located at the other end of Lenina Ave. near the Bus-Station and is regarded as the best in Ukraine. There are also several AquaParks around the city which are worth a visit if you have children.
